Remove a file watermark

Deletes the watermark applied to a file. Use this endpoint when the file should no longer display its watermark overlay.

  • RetriesRetries up to 2×, 500ms backoff, 30s timeout.

204Returns an empty response after successfully removing the watermark.
404Returned when the file does not have a watermark applied.

Error handling

A 404 is returned when the file does not have a watermark to remove. file_id must identify the file whose watermark to delete.
